Through the integration of the mechanical systems for lane changes in chassis and the intelligent interaction of the in-house software, the use of multiple vehicles in one system becomes possible. This eliminates time-consuming material handling between the individual aisles.
The entire program of the RRTs from warehouse robots for smaller high-bay racks and automatic process buffers to vehicles intended for the storage of pallets and crates up to two mast devices with a load capacity of up to 8,000 kilograms. Overall heights of up to 30 meters are possible.
Rack riser trucks
In accordance with the requirements of a semi- or fully automatic warehouse, we plan and configure in co-operation with the customer and our expert consultants the selection of the appropriate conveyor device.
The configuration of the rack riser trucks (RRT) varies with the task, the products as well as the spatial conditions. All RRTs can be executed either aisle-bound or with cornering capability. Thus the possibility to operate several aisles with only one device exists.
