Adamet
The metal wholesaler Adamet-Niemet replaced the previous storage concept of floor storage and low height racks to storage in cantilever racks from OHRA that are up to 8,570 millimetres high. The load capacity of the cantilever arms is 500 or 600 kilograms, up to 16 storage levels are possible with a rack height of 8,570 millimetres. This not only increased the storage capacity, but also accelerated the storage and retrieval processes and increased the efficiency of production. The flexible, height-adjustable cantilever arms of the OHRA racks also deflect upwards and sideways in the event of impacts. This protects the goods from damage.
Drevo Trust
Drevo Trust has commissioned one of the first fully automatic warehouses for wooden plate materials in the Czech Republic.
Kraft Baustoffe
Efficient, modern and versatile: OHRA implemented a storage system for Kraft Baustoffe GmbH that enables fast order picking and a growing product range. Thoughtfully designed racking and mezzanine solutions ensure optimal space utilization and smooth operations in the building materials warehouse.
Auto Pièces
The French car recycling company Auto Pièces is optimizing its storage space with the help of OHRA cantilever racks and increasing the number of stored vehicles from 350 to 750 in a short time. The total capacity is now 1,700 spaces. Thanks to the racks, cars can be stacked on top of each other and still be kept directly accessible. Auto Pièces relies on sustainable recycling management, recycles an average of 98 percent of the weight of a used vehicle and has over 120,000 tested used parts in stock. The new racks make handling easier, prevent damage and thus significantly increase the efficiency of vehicle recycling.
Ihre Zimmerei
With seven-metre-high cantilever racks, ‘Ihre Zimmerei’ has increased its storage space ninefold at its new location in Metzingen. OHRA's customised racking systems with mesh shelves and cantilever bridges provide flexible space for a variety of materials and pallets. Vertical racks enable space-saving storage of panels. Unobstructed transport routes and increased capacities have significantly boosted the company's productivity.
